Egg, bacon and Toast Bowls

I had SOO much fun with this simple delight! So easy all you have to do is look at the pics! So, with this one you will need bread, eggs and bacon. Simple. Get your bread out and lay it on a flat surface and press on it to flatten it like i've done above.

Next, take your cookie cutter and cut out circles in all your bread slices.

Next, cut all the circles in half.

As your oven is preheating to 375 get warm butter and butter the inside of the muffin pan.

Then layer your muffin pan with your bread half cirlces. for this pan two half circles worked wonderfully and I added a little extra bread at the bottom to "plug" any holes. You want it looking like a little bowl. Afterwards, butter it all up!

When adding your bacon only half cook your bacon either stove top or microwave. When you pop it in the oven the oven cooks it the rest of the way so again, only cook bacon halfway!! You don't want it burned when you pull it out!

Then crack an egg for each bowl and pop in the oven for 20 minutes!

And then there ya go! Since you buttered the pan they just slide right out and also butter your toast bowl at the same time!

And if you will look at the bacon ends, you will see what I mean about burning over over cooking the bacon. Luckily, these 2 were Tims and he likes his bacon extra crispy.

Tim also likes to add hot sauce to any egg product and it just looked so pretty so I'm using this pic to showcase the plate. It's something that we normally eat. Eggs, toast and bacon with an added twist. You can also scramble the egg and add some cheese and onions or just have fun playing with it. Either way, its a fun dish!
